Personal information of members on the website is guaranteed to be kept absolutely secure according to Danh Gia’s personal information protection policy. The collection and use of information for each member will only be carried out with the consent of the customer, except in cases where other legal provisions apply.

Danh Gia commits not to use, transfer, provide, or disclose any member’s personal information to any third party without the member’s consent.

In the event of a hacker attack on the information storage server resulting in the loss of members’ personal data, Danh Gia will be responsible for notifying the relevant authorities for timely investigation and resolution and informing the affected members.

Danh Gia’s team requires inpiduals, when registering/purchasing products as members, to provide complete relevant personal information such as: full name, contact address, email, phone number, etc., and take legal responsibility for the accuracy of this information. The management board of Danh Gia will not be responsible for, nor will it resolve any complaints related to the rights of that member if it is found that all the personal information provided by the member during the initial registration is not accurate.
