1. You can only return to us products which have been purchased directly through this Website. If you purchased your products at a Lacoste Vietnam boutique, the products must be returned to the original store which they were purchased from.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for underwear products and some accessories unless the products have technical defects or are delivered incorrectly as ordered
2. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, please follow our Returns Procedure, so that we can assist you in the refund of your order. We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such products back to you unless the products have technical defects, are not as described. Our Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory rights.
3. In case you used a promo code on your order, please note the value of the promo code is pided up proportionately to the item price. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. You will then loose the promotion amount of the returned item.
4. Cancellation Policy
A. Right to Cancel Order
You have the right to cancel the order within the first 30 minutes after completing the payment in the ‘My Account’ section. After this time, you are required to contact the Customer Service Team if you wish to cancel the placed order.
Note for you: We will send a confirmation email regarding the order cancellation. Please keep this confirmation as proof of the date when you submitted the request.
B. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase in accordance with the “Right to Cancel Order” above, and the products have technical defects or delivered not as ordered, we will reimburse to you all payments received, including the delivery fee.
If a cancellation request is received after the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
The average timeframe for refunds is between 10 to15 days from the date when the parcel has been returned to our warehouse in satisfactory condition. We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such products back to you.

6. Return – Exchange Procedure
By accepting the parcel, you agree and confirm that purchased items will not be eligible for return and refund.
If the parcel has been delivered but the you refuse to accept it for any reason, please return the order directly to the courier.
To exchange items, we encourage you to reuse the packaging in which the order was originally shipped when returning the items.
Kindly return the item in new condition, with intact labels and tags, and along with the purchase receipt and any accessories (if applicable), as the original parcel
