HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO EXCHANGE/RETURN A PRODUCT?

– You will receive a free return/exchange if the product return is due to a manufacturer’s defect.

– For all other cases, our Customer Service team will send an email notification regarding the estimated return shipping cost that you will need to pay (Lacoste Vietnam refers to the shipping fee system of the courier company). The return/exchange process will only proceed once you confirm your agreement with this cost. The actual shipping cost may vary slightly from the estimated cost provided by Lacoste Vietnam.
