Delivery Policy

*Free Standard delivery for orders over 2.500.000đ.

To ensure product quality and fully protect our valued customers’ rights, LACOSTE VIETNAM has implemented a new “External Inspection Policy” as follows:

• To maintain Lacoste’s packaging standards and product quality requirements, LACOSTE VIETNAM will discontinue the “Open Parcel Inspection upon Delivery” service effective November 6, 2025.
• Upon receiving your order, please carefully check the external condition of the parcel (including the security seal, shipping label, and packaging condition) before confirming receipt with the delivery personnel.
• After confirming receipt, we kindly request that you record a continuous and clear unboxing video showing the entire process from the moment the parcel is still sealed until the product is fully unboxed.

This video will serve as important evidence for LACOSTE VIETNAM to verify and support any claims in case of issues such as wrong color, size, missing items, or manufacturer defects.

• If you notice any damage, missing, or incorrect items, please contact LACOSTE VIETNAM’s Customer Service Team immediately for assistance with exchange, or refund procedures in accordance with our policy.

Please note: Failure to provide a complete and clear unboxing video may affect our ability to process and support your claim.

II. DELIVERY TIME REGULATIONS

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, except for Sunday and Public Holidays

(*) Express delivery service is unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

Kindly expect your order will be delivered 3-5 business days later than the original delivery date during the holidays.

(**) Suburban and urban details: Depend on each delivery, there will be different ways to classify the inner city and suburbs.

At Ha Noi:

• Urban: Cau Giay District, Hoan Kiem District, Thanh Xuan, District, Ba Dinh District, Tay Ho District, Hai Ba Trung District, Dong Da District, Hoang Mai District, Ha Dong District, Long Bien District, Nam Tu Liem District, Bac Tu Liem District
• Sub-urban: Ba Vi, Chuong My, Dan Phuong, Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Me Linh, My Duc, Phu Xuyen, Phuc Tho, Quoc Oai, Soc Son, Thach That, Thanh Oai, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Ung Hoa, Son Tay Town.

At Ho Chi Minh city:

• Urban: District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Go Vap
• Sub-urban: District 9, 12, Binh Tan, Thu Duc, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Cu Chi, Can Gio.
• Other: Depending on the customer’s scope of delivery. 

(*) Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by adverse weather conditions, the areas of Phu Quoc and Con Dao are currently outside the delivery range of transportation services until further notice from the Port Authority and Border Guard agency.

Lacoste Vietnam deliver to nationwide, except for the following regions:

III. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping charge is automatically calculated based on the package measurements and the customer’s location.

The delivery fee of each product is clearly displayed on the shopping cart after Customers entered their address.

IV. DELIVERY COMPLAINT POLICY

To ensure timely support and proper verification:

• Any complaint regarding non-receipt of goods must be reported within 48 hours from the time the system confirms successful delivery.

• Complaints submitted after this period may be declined due to limitations in verifying with the logistics provider.

For valid complaints, LACOSTE VIETNAM will:

1. Coordinate with the shipping carrier

2. Verify delivery photos, GPS records, and call logs

3. Provide feedback within 1–3 working days
