Installment Policy

I/ Benefits when participating in the installment payment program at Lacoste.com.vn

Accept credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / JCB) of 24 affiliated banks. See list below.
Applicable to orders with a value from 3,000,000 VND.
Installment terms 3 months.
No prepayment required.
Installment payment with 0% interest.
No installment conversion fee.
Each Customer can participate in the Program many times, provided that the total value of the orders does not exceed the Customer’s credit card limit.

II / Terms & Conditions

The program applies to customers who are international credit cardholders of banks. Cardholders of affiliated banks can pay 0% interest installment for up to 03 months by choosing the installment payment method.
Cancellation is not applied to installment transactions that have been paid successfully.
Installment orders will not be refundable on demand. In case the product is defective or customer refuses to recieve the order, Lacoste Vietnam will support issuing coupon/ voucher of purchase with equivalent value of payment.
When making installment payment at Lacoste Vietnam website, you do not have to do anything more, including SMS to the bank or call the bank to confirm the installment transaction.
List of Banks charge installment transaction management fee:
- FECredit: 1.089% of transaction value
- MSB: 3 & 6 month term (1%) & 9 & 12 month term (3%)
In cases the card is not eligible for installment conversion according to the regulations of each Bank, the Bank has the right to refuse the installment conversion and is not responsible for all interest/ expenses incurred. (if any) about unsuccessful installment conversion.

III / Instruction on installment payment

Step 1: Choose installment payment method

Select the “Installment by credit card” payment method to start the installment purchase process. Applicable for order with a total value of 3.000.000 VND or more.

Step 2: Select the issuing bank, card type and enter payment card information

Choose the bank that issued the credit card and enter payment card information

Card number: Row of 15 or 16 numbers printed on the card, for example: 1234567891011234
Expired month / year: Expired month / year printed on the card, for example: 12/25
CSC: CSC code printed on the card, for example: 123
Cardholder’s full name: Cardholder’s name is printed on the card, for example: NGUYEN VAN A

Note:

The information entered must be correct according to the information on the card.
The available spending limit of the card is more than or equal to the total installment amount.

Step 3: Select the Installment Period and Enter payment card information

Select the Installment period: 03 months.
Check order information

Choose card type:
Check order information:
- Total purchase amount
- Installment period
- Installment fee (if any)
- Monthly repayment
- Total installment amount

Click the button “Pay Now” to make a transaction.

Step 5: Enter 3D-Secure authentication password (if any)

If the credit card has been registered to participate in the Verified by Visa/ MasterCard Secure Code/ J-Secure program of the issuing bank, you will be transferred to the interface of the issuing bank card to enter the authentication password.
In case you forget or don’t know the authentication password, please contact your card issuing bank at the phone number on the back of the card for support.

Step 6: Receive transaction results

Please wait a moment to be sent back to the Merchant’s website and receive the transaction result notification (successful or unsuccessful transaction).

Please carefully read the terms and conditions of the Installment Program. By confirming payment, you acknowledge understanding and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the installment payment program.
Lacoste Vietnam reserves the right to refuse to execute an order that does not meet the conditions of the Program. In the event of a dispute, the decision-making right belongs to Lacoste Vietnam
