DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Please co-check the parcel with our delivery partner to make sure that the order you receive is new, unused, and has the original tag along with the box/packaging and gifts. You can only exchange a full-price items once and within a maximum of 07 (seven) days from the date you receive the order. Not applicable for masks, underwear, accessories: socks, iPhone cases, promotional and discount products. To return the item, please contact Lacoste Vietnam customer service team and follow the instructions. For more information, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Free Delivery

Standard delivery is free on orders over 2.500.000 đ.

Standard delivery

Delivery time within 3-7 days from Monday to Saturday (depending on the area, or city). Especially, free standard delivery for orders valued over 2,500,000 VND.

Express delivery

Only applicable for delivering orders within the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City. Your order will be delivered within 5 hours. Express orders placed after 13:30 will be arrived on the following day.
